Who is this program suitable for?

This program is for you if you are tired of starting a new diet every Monday. Frustrated with the idea that you have to stop eating your cultural foods and other foods that you love in order to lose weight…

is the program personalized?

Yes and no! The first part of the program is personalized because we will meet 1:1 for our first session. After that, the program runs for 8 weeks and the time will depend on how much time you put into the program. Videos are typically less than 10 minutes long and they are shared on a weekly basis. We will also have bi-weekly live sessions.

How much access do I have to you for support?

You will have continued access Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm EST from me. You will also have support from a wonderful community of women who have similar or the same weight loss struggles as you. We will be supporting each other’s wins, struggles, recipes, ideas and more!
