When lifting, you want the last 2-3 reps to be challenging compared to your first 1-2 reps…

Keep your form in check and don’t sacrifice it… it will help prevent injuries.

Form > reps

To progress the lift add weight, reps or change the tempo… This is what we call progressive overload.

Recuerda…
You shouldn't be afraid to pick up the heavy weight 💪. You won’t bulk up if that is what you are afraid of.
